After posting those old Of Montreal pictures a couple of days ago, I realized that I still have a few sets of pictures that I've never posted.
I have decided, for the pleasure of no one but myself, to post a few of these pictures. You will notice that I have provided extensive captions. That's how you can tell this is just for me.
The Les Claypool & The Fancy Band ShowThese pictures were taken on July 11, 2005 at Atlanta's
Variety Playhouse. This was most certainly a post-worthy event. However, during that time, I was still living with my parents and their horrible dial-up internet connection. If you had any idea of how long it takes to upload just one picture onto
Photobucket on a dial-up modem, you wouldn't blame me for never getting around to posting these.
Also, I wasn't really sure that these pictures were good enough to make an interesting post. However, on recent inspection... well, you take a look:

It was a very good show, and I did actually get some good pictures.
Toomer's By Night
Self-explanitory.
Trent on MLK Day
He has a dream... where he's
falling! Am I right? Thought so.
Assorted Caroline
Posing with our fucking bad ass Boognish pumpkin on Halloween (2005).

Here's a shot of Caroline during the most intense Jenga game of all time. Oh, wait, I'm sorry, they were "Rainbow Colored Tumbling Blocks". All the same, that shit was heated. Moments after this photo was taken, I accidently knocked the tower over trying to demonstrate a possible next move scenario for Caroline. I would've won anyway.
A Boy & His Guitar

I found these in the same folder as the
"Shall I Compare Thee to A Summer's Day" pictures. As you can probably guess, I shot the first two, and Richard shot the second two.
Sunset
I think I took that somewhere on campus.
WoodlandBack in October, I took a trip up to Woodland, Alabama for a family reunion at the Langley farm.

I've taken this same picture at least six times with different cameras, and no matter what it always looks good.

This is the chicken coop, and the dog house. It seems like kind of a bad idea to have them so close together. I guess that's why all of the chickens are dead. The dogs died of worms and traffic.

This is in the basement. I just thought it looked kind of ominous.

This too. See? With the tricycle there, you're supposed to think that my shadow is really that of a child molestor or abusive parent or something. It's like the Korn video... all of them.

This is the Woodland Antique Shop, one of the four businesses still operating in the entire town of Woodland.
When I went in to peruse the shop, I noticed that there was a very elderly man, presumably the owner, asleep in a chair. Not seeing anything desirable in the store, and since I was the probably the first potential customer he'd had since the decade began, I slowly backed out of the store as quietly as I could.

This is my grandfather, Obie Langley; still kickin' at 86. See, isn't that nice? I even got my family in here.

Speaking of family, here is my grandfather, again, baiting the hook of one of my cousins. I have no idea what his name is or how he's related to me. All I know is that his sister dated
Mike Cooley at some point, and that he works at a
Hungry Howie's in Florida somewhere.
Lastly:

See? I knew I wouldn't have deleted it. It somehow escaped its folder and ended up in another one.
