My apologies are due for the recent lack in posting. My work schedule the past couple of weekends has had me closing on Saturday nights. That pretty much ruins the weekend for me. I realize that's not much of an excuse, but, hey, you're here now. Right? Good, let's begin.
Despite being caught in the Howie's Doldrums the past couple of Saturday nights, I managed to take a few pictures of our sordid antics during my free time.
Thursday:
Thursday night, Richard and I encouraged Adam to shave his moustache into the style worn by the late Vincent Price.
Try as he might...
Adam didn't quite achieve the results we had hoped for. Better luck next time. Less beer; better luck.
Friday:
Miles came back into town on Friday for a much needed break from his
toils at
Berry College.
We were all delighted to see him.
Eileen and Ian were feeling the Bugg Love.
So was
Cory.
Blaine (a former co-worker of mine) said that
Phish was getting back together to play four shows in Pennsylvania and Madison Square Garden in New York City. Unfortunately, Blaine has been the more deceived.
Richard and Adam got them googley eyes.
During a "Bring da Ruckus" session on (who else?) Miles, Richard tripped over a chair and it really looked like he hit his face on
Rod V's car. Turns out, he was alright and, save a bleeding scrape on the wrist, the fall looked a lot worse than it was.
Saturday:
I had to close on Saturday night, so, when I rolled back to the house at around 4 AM, I was pleased to find Richard and
Caroline were still up and at 'em.
After some conversation, the pair encouraged me to snap some photos. I was very happy that I did.
(Caroline took this one)
I revealed to her later that the candy cane was actually a
Target giftcard that I'd found on the floor at
Hungry Howie's back in January.
Yeah, figure all that the fuck out.
Then, suddenly, it was morning.
Okay, then. Short and sweet.
