"C'mon Down With Me to Burnin' Man"

This is actually pretty old news, but it's new to me, so it's new to you; whether you knew it or not.

Last night I was on Wikipedia, and one thing literally lead to another and I ended up at Primus. After reading all the information they had, I moved on to the biography of one, Leslie Edward Claypool.

According to this, The Almighty Colonel, Les Claypool is directing a film.

Set for release in Spring 2006, the movie is titled "Electric Apricot". Basically, Electric Apricot is to jam bands as This is Spinal Tap was to heavy metal.

Judging by the trailer, and the inclusion of big names from the jam scene, namely Mike Gordon and Warren Haynes, this should be pretty funny. Unfortunately, I have no expectation that this will ever make it into theaters, much less Auburn's theater. Oh well, I'll just buy it.

Seriously though, Chandler, what's worse, hippies or emo hipster kids?

I realize that both groups are completely worthless to society as a whole, but hippies are at least entertaining when viewed from afar.

That trailer was freaking hilarious, "The cube" jesus..

True, but hippies are louder and much more animated, so you can view them from afar and still hear the bullshit spewing out of their mouthes.

Well Emo hipsters don't carry diseases. So it's okay to get close and listen to them mumble about shit.
